I apparently fried my blender (It began to smoke) while i was making a whipped icing.. Can i still use the icing i've made or is it just garbage now?

I'm nearly 16 and i've decided to go on a health kick, get myself in better shape to please myself.So i'm starting to get things together that i need/will use at home (No gym membership, i cannot drive(too far to walk), and my parents work) I want to build my muscles up as-well .

I've been signing up for free samples, then i entered for an atkins sample before i even knew what i was even doing. Am i going to be billed?

Okay, so i need a simple and great tasting meatball recipe please. I was watching the food channel before i went to sleep, and now it's all i can think about. Here's what i have:

One and a half pounds of ground turkey meat

lemon pepper seasoning

Basil flakes

Parsley flakes

Italian bread crumbs

French's french fried onions

White mushrooms

Butter

and only a little milk.

I have some other things as well but i honestly don't think it'd be a contender for meat balls. (I do not have eggs)

Please let me know a classic/italian style meatball i can make with this. Also the cooking time.

Turning 16 This August, and i'm ready to have my own job, to start making my own money and helping with things around the house financially wise. (like buying groceries ect.) So my questions are :

1) Should i try for a job in the food industry (my mom say's it's awful, but i kinda want to get a feel for myself)

2) Should i stick to retail stores ? (like krogers, wal-mart ect.)

Personal opinions on which you'd rather do or have done.

What are some good snacks to eat while on a diet? I'm kicking into intense diet mode this Monday (Being more strict on what i eat and upping my normal exercise ) to loose some weight. But the issue is i tend to be a snacker..So yeah, some other options other than veggies. Like something i can get already done from the grocery store (Examples: banana chips,yogurts ect.)

Trying to loose weight for the upcoming summer heat "bikini season" and was wondering what some good fat burning exercises are for the stomach region. I've been doing sit ups for a while (by while i mean for weeks ) along with other exercises and i haven't really noticed anything (yes i do realise it takes longer than a few weeks)

So that's my question ,sorta.. I'd like to see improvements soon, my dad comes back from working states away in one to two months and my mom and i have decided to do this so..

Also if you could provide links to maybe an explainitory video on how to do the workout move, that'd be great.

My brother gave me his iphone 4 because he got another, the phone's been flashed to cricket so i cannot do a system restore without the possiblility that it become jail broken. Also all of the photos and information was flashed to the new iphone 4 that he bought (Not sure if that helps)

So, how do i delete his photo's? i'd really prefer not to have those on it V-V I've tried going into the camera settings, the photo area and selecting as well but there is no delete option!

Needing these pictures gone so i can sell the phone and buy another.

I found this video online, it claims to be intense and let me tell you... It is! at least for me. Do you think this is enough for one day or should i add in some sit ups and squats?

(16, trying to loose weight for upcoming summer)

Is it better to do your workouts in sets or just power through , even though it hurts?

I typically do sets of 40 jumping jacks, take a small break, then do 40 more and then so on.. (that was an example to go with the question)

I've been trying to loose weight for about a month now, and i'd have break days or binge days but i've decided starting today it's going to be a little tougher and stricter , i made a printout chart/check off list to complete each day let me know what you think: (Please keep in mind i'm nearly 16 and attempting to change my body to something that pleases ME)

200 situps

150 jumping jacks

60 left leg lifts

60 right leg lifts

jogging in place

100 squats

(This is the MINIMUM i want to achieve each day, so maybe more will be done but that's my goal for each day^)

What do you think of it? Is it not enough? What should i try to add? (I know i should add some form of lifting but i have no weights)

So i have a small pimple on my bottom eyelid along the lashes, i cant pop it because its in a weird spot, but what i was wondering would be: Is it alright that i put "triple antibiotic" cream on it? it's not "in" my eye so V-V also i have bacatracin and hydrocortozone, and a few other things, will the antibiotic do it or should i try a different cream? let me know please :)

What can i put on the lower eyelid near my eye? i had a small pimple, i've tried to pop it but it's kinda hard being on/right near my bottom lashes and on my bottom eyelid... So what can i put on this?

I'm watching the wife swap episode with Kendra Baskett, I noticed the woman who switched to Kendra's household just kept telling Hank (Kendra's husband) how lucky she was and he was really great ect.
