    Chicken pineapple skewers http://www.perfect10cookbooks.com/chicken-and-pine...

(not that you really don't need the sauce, or need to put them on skewers.

Serve with steamed broccoli with melted cheese on top.

    Make a frittata http://www.thekitchn.com/how-to-make-a-frittata-co...

Add to it broccoli, cubed or shredded chicken, thinly sliced onion, tabasco, and cheese.

    Here's another one for you:

    Chicken:

Bake with salt and pepper, and lightly drizzle pineapple juice and cook for 20 minutes until they're between 165 and 170.

    Sauce:

Whip egg yokes and oil until thick. Then add Tabasco.

    Salad:

Thinly slice your apple , carrots, and onion. Add a splash of lime and some oil, a 1/4 tsp. salt it.

    Assembly:

Toasted bread, sauce bottom, then breast, then salad, top, you can add a fried yolky creamy egg if you want. Slice in half, eat.

I am sure you have some seasoning or at least salt and pepper. Season the chicken breast with some salt and pepper, return to the fridge for about an hour or so. Dice an apple, some pineapple and a bit of onion. Add a drop or two of Tobasco and nice squeeze of lime juice. Toss the fruit and onion with the Tobasco sauce and lime juice. Store the pineapple apple salsa in the fridge.

Melt some butter in a skillet and sauté your chicken breasts until cooked thought. Serve the pineapple, apple salsa over the chicken. You can steam some carrots as a side.
