I have no oil can I still make french fries from potatoes?

    Lay your 'raw' french fries out on a baking tray

    on a sheet of baking parchment

    being careful that none of them are touching

    and bake in a hot oven.

    Even if you bake them, you need oil to keep them from sticking to the baking pan.

    Boil your potatoes or baked them if you don't have oil.

    You can make french fries by baking them in the oven

    Without 10w-40 you are screwed - OR you could look up oven-baked french fries.
