I myself do not, but I do use coconut milk as a base for curries that I make. I myself am Pakistani-American, and in Pakistan and northern India, curries are thickened with yogurt and/or tomato. In Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and southern India, coconut milk is used as the thickening agent. Thus although I usually use tomato and/or yogurt, sometimes for variety I will use the coconut milk.

It's suggested that coconut oil is healthier but I think that oil is still oil at the end of the day regardless of which you use.
I have used coconut oil for pan frying in place of canola oil or vegetable oil and it works about the same but does give the food a slightly sweeter flavor. For stuff like Thai food that already uses coconut it's great but your mileage may vary.
One trick to counteract the sweetness of the oil is to simply add a bit of salt when you're cooking it.

Coconut oil is very healthy but I don't prefer coconut flavored meats and fish.

I don't use any oil to fry. If I want fried food, I use my non-stick pan, other than that, most everything goes in the oven.

Nope, i use nothing but corn oil and have for decades.
Corn oil is healthy, cheap, and has a very high smoke point making it best for cooking.

No I do not.
Coconut oil is not healthier. I also don't like the flavor. It tastes sweet to me which is awful in savory dishes. I don't use it for any cooking let alone frying.
When I fry, I use peanut oil. When I saute, I use olive oil and sometimes canola oil depending on the temperature.
