What do you think of my daily "workout"?
I've been trying to loose weight for about a month now, and i'd have break days or binge days but i've decided starting today it's going to be a little tougher and stricter , i made a printout chart/check off list to complete each day let me know what you think: (Please keep in mind i'm nearly 16 and attempting to change my body to something that pleases ME)
200 situps
150 jumping jacks
60 left leg lifts
60 right leg lifts
jogging in place
100 squats
(This is the MINIMUM i want to achieve each day, so maybe more will be done but that's my goal for each day^)
What do you think of it? Is it not enough? What should i try to add? (I know i should add some form of lifting but i have no weights)

If losing weight is your primary goal, you don't need to worry about weight lifting, at least for right now.
What really matters is the intensity and the duration of the workout. You want to be in your target heart rate zone for no less than 25 minutes, but closer to 60 minutes. The first 25 minutes uses the calories from the food you ingested that day, after that, your body starts to break down fat for energy.
Weight lifting is anaerobic exercise and in not an effective way to lose weight. Actually, when performing lifting exercises, it's better to maintain a lower heart rate. The goal of lifting is to build muscle, not to burn calories. Burning calories actually makes it harder to lift since you have less energy to perform your exercises.

Diet is the key to weight loss so cut out all junk foods and limit fat intake to under 30 grams per day.
Also do cardio for 40-60 minutes 3 times per week. Those exercises you are doing will not burn off fat. They may make you a bit firmer but that's all. It takes cardio to burn off calories.
