1. Comparison of bust size
2. Pervertedness
3. Nose bleeds
4. Holding original power back and when they times come, they say something like I will show you my true power.
5. I don't know if this counts but you see children at a very young age living alone and commuting to school.
6. New transfer students
7. Parents dying at a young age.

Hmm well these are pretty common in all types of anime
nose bleeds
perverts
orphans
abnormal strength (especially in action anime)
there's usually some kind of innocent person who is dragged into the conflict in the plot (usually a girl or small child)
