Problems wih Yahoo Games - Can't reinstall game I purchased?

I purchased Monopoly 2 years ago and have since gotten a new computer. I followed the instructions on how to reinstall a game but my Yahoo Games account says I never purchased anything. Your help section says to contact customer service if I can't find the game I bought but all links to contact customer service on Yahoo Games lead to empty pages.

If anyone from Yahoo reads these questions, please be in touch.
