You have to deal with Yahoo support, which isn't very fun.
In the future, try buying games from better sites like Game Socks or Big Fish Games, because lots of people on here complain about problems with Yahoo.
Game Socks is nice because they let you put games on more than one computer in your house and reinstalling games is easy, too. http://www.gamesocks.com/ Oh, and they have all the same games as Yahoo, too, and more.
