Why isn't Yahoo resolving the problem with reinstalling games already purchased?

It's now well over a year ago when I first contacted Yahoo for help installing a game I'd purchased on to a new computer. I was made to feel like the problem was on my end and that I seem to be the only one having it. I'm sure it could easily be resolved by simply assigning purchase codes, like most all other game sites do, that way when the current method fails, people still could and should have access to the game(s) they have paid for. Why isn't Yahoo resolving this or if they have, why hasn't a notice ever been sent out or added to the pre-anwered question section? And please, if you have the solution, please ....share it with me....and then we can post it all over the place to help others. Thankyou.

The reinstall process differs depending on which game you've purchased.

For Gem Drop (purchased before 8/16/04), Glinx (purchased before 8/16/04), Super Mah Jong Solitaire (purchased before 8/16/04), Super Solitaire (purchased before 8/16/04) and What Word (purchased before 8/16/04):

Contact GameHouse. Your game was purchased from GameHouse, not from Yahoo!.

For Cubis Gold (purchased before 8/19/04), Super Bounce Out (purchased before 8/16/04), Super Collapse (purchased before 8/16/04), Super Collapse II (purchased before 8/16/04) and Text Twist (purchased before 8/24/04):

Contact RegNow. Your game was purchased from RegNow, not from Yahoo!.

    For all other downloadable games:

Once you've made a purchase from Yahoo! Downloadable Games using your Yahoo! ID and Yahoo! Wallet, our system will recognize you as an owner of that game. If you need to reinstall the registered version of a game you've purchased in the future, you will not need to enter your credit card information or purchase that game again.

When reinstalling the registered version of the game, you may be prompted to choose from the following: Play Now, Purchase Now or Renew Your License. If this is the case, please do the following:

Click "Play Now," "Purchase Now," or "Renew Your License."

Sign in with your Yahoo ID and password.

Wait for the system to download the license on to your hard drive of your PC.

    Click "Close."

    Now play your favorite game!

    Hello,

This is a link where you can downlod for free Cubis: http://j.mp/1pUNvE2

Finally the full version is avaiable!

The playing interface of Cubis is constituted of cubes of different colors. The goal is to make the cubes disappear in order to earn points and move to the next level.

    It's my favourite game.
