How does one asses if Adobe Shockwave or Java Script Is the problem when I play Cafe World on facebook?

I enjoy playing Cafe World .Lately is has beena problem getting it to run right.The customers don't use the door they jump over the walls.Waitresses go over to the door snd thow food out.At times the game has no response after intial setup.Can anyone enlighten me as to how I can fix the problems?

It's usually Flash. Facebook is cranky if you don't install the latest Flash player. Also try a different browser. Many FB games don't respond well to specific browsers.
