Democrats and Republicans need to go away. Each is against freedom in their own idiotic ways.

We may still have problems, but we recognize what those problems are, and are working on them.

I've lived here most of my life, and despite the few problems we do face, I believe it to be the best country in the world.

And it has the most opportunity for advancement of any country I know. Look at Britain, you work hard to better yourself and the uppper crusties make fun of you for being a "working" person and shame you if you use the wrong word, like "toilet" (remember Kate's mum making that horrible social gaffe? Only in Britian do they judge you by how you drink your tea, or what kind of bacon you get. We don't have any of that crap here in America. Make money, and you can reach any social class. We are a meritocracy, and not bothered by bloodlines.

I like it. I've lived here all my life. I've had a pretty good life. There are much worse places in the world to live.

Hal Atosis: I have lived in a major metropolitan area my whole life. I have never been shot at, stabbed, mugged, robbed or raped.

I love the United States. The more I read about the history of this country and its people, the more amazing I know it is.
