help! i got my motorola droid razr M soft-bricked (i think)?

Question

ok, Yesterday i was playing some games on Droid  Razr M..after playing games i opened  Screen recoder APP as soon as i clicked on app my phone hanged up!, i tried to press gome button and tabs button (which shows which tabs are opened) but nothing was opening, after that i click on Power button phone become black (screen locked) i  opened still it was hanged, so after that i force closed the phone (by pressing VOL- and POWER button together for 10 secs) after that my phone got shut down! after that when i tried to Reopen my phone! it got hang on M logo , from thier, phone goes no where!.  after waiting for 10 mins i put phone on charging but after charging also nothing hapens so i download a unility called DroidRazrUtility but it wont work it always shows error (boot falure)..
now i cant understand what to Do?? :(
i need my Phone back!..... i loved this phone please help!

Shahzad, where did you got the screen recording app from, was it from the Play Store? Was your phone rooted by any chance?
You can try a Clear Cache Partition to try to make the phone come back, here is the link to perform the process:
