How can I stop my ex from see my post on Facebook with outs deleting or blocking her?

I don't want to delete or unfriend her because she will wreak havoc on my life. For some reason whenever I post something and when I accept a friend request, it's the first thing she sees when she opens her Facebook. Why? Idk. Is there any way I can hide my posts from her or hide that I have a friend requested accepted?

Don't worry dear, 
if you have problem in this then easily manage your privacy settings, timeline and tagging settings.
So that if he wants to look your profile then nothing will display for him.
