How can I stop someone from seeing a friend request that I have accepted on Facebook?

I have this person who can see everything I do on Facebook without looking at my profile and even if it was 3 days since I posted, especially if it deals with me having accepted someone's friend request or me send a friend request and them accepting. Is there anyway to stop this without blocking or deleting that person? I'm trying to friend a certain girl and if this person see's, the person will go crazy.

Don't worry dear,
if you have problem in this then easily manage your privacy settings, timeline and tagging settings.
So that if he wants to look your profile then nothing will display for him.
