Rash on my face from makeup?

I don't even know if its a rash lol! but I got an allergic reaction on my face. I would mostly say just on my cheeks. I put on Revlon Color Stay Foundation and quickly my cheeks turned puffy and red. I also had tried a new product from Smashbox green primer. Idk I have been trying to figure it out but no luck. Let's just say it was makeup or face product. I have no allergies, pets, my house is very clean, no diet change, and I have clear skin. I feel the difference. I don't feel right my cheeks are irritated. I'll see a dermatalogist soon. I have photos what could it be? ;oo I'm curious
