I got an allergic reaction from a face product? D: Is this contact dermatitis? Also to make it easier I have no allergies, no pets, no diet changes, no acne, my house is clean, no medication. It was inflamed and warm at first than it got sooo dryyyy with patches. On my cheeks mostly.

This sounds and looks like contact dermatitis.
It might sound strange but it's good that you actually know what caused it - take a photo of the product list so that if you ever get a reaction again you can cross reference the chemicals and try and identify exactly what's causing your skin to re-act this way.
A little bit of pure organic coconut oil rubbed into the skin a couple of times a day should help clear it up quickly.
