Can well water cause a rash?

My boyfriend has well water, and we ran out of laundry detergent so he washed a load without any detergent.

He has a rash under his arms and on the waist line of the pants that itches.

i havent changed the detergent brand or dryer sheets.

Could the well water do this to clothes? even after they are dried?

he is taking benadryl, is there anything else that would help?

I think your problem is something else.
Not the well water that you have been using to take a shower with for YEARS.
