how to get pokemon out of your PC in pokemon ruby?

Question

So I have 6 pokemon, I captured another and I want to replace a pokemon I have on my character with the one I captured, but since I captured it while "full" on pokemon it said it was sent to storage to my pc. How do I get my new pokemon "out of my pc" and onto my character?

P.s I AM NOT ASKING how to get a emulator or anything to do with real world PCs, that seems to be a common misconception with my question, I am asking about the PC in game (Pokémon ruby)

P.S.S please don't try to explain how to get pokemon on the computer. People keep thinking I'm asking that too.

Like in all pokemon games, there is a pc in the pokemon center. It it in the south east corner in nurse joy's desk area. Go to it and press A. A menu will appear and press A when Someone Pc is highlighted. Then go down to move pokemon and your pc box will appear. Click and the pokemon in the box and press on it and click move. Then click on party pokemon button and switch it with a pokemon in your box by pressing a on one of your 6 pokemon. Hope that helped.

go to pokemon center (usually one in every city/town) and also in other areas of the game, and there is a little computer in there. press A and use it. This applies to all of the pokemon games
