*URGENT* Is it okay to put aloe vera gel on your face for getting rid of pimples?

Alright. This is disgusting, but whatever.

This morning I woke up, and when I looked in the mirror, I couldn't believe my eyes.

There were six pimples on my forehead. Six! So, apparently, I broke out last night/this morning.

I heard from my friends and family that if you rub aloe vera gel on the pimples, it gets rid of them quickly. But the only aloe vera that I have has lidocaine and menthol in it. Is it safe to use on my face, and will it get rid of the pimples?

Also, I forgot to mention. Tomorrow I'm going to my brother's wedding. Fortunate, isn't it? The one day that I have to completely break out. So, as you can see, this is pretty urgent. I need to get these freaking demons off of my face.

Yes, aloe vera has the function to heal your injuries and pimples. If you notice, almost every facial product has aloe vera.

Theres really no way of getting rid of them but if you go to walmart you can buy stuff that helps reduce the bumps. And yes aloe helps a lot!

One simple step that works to keep acne away.
Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) face pads help keep acne away by scrubbing open clogged pores, oily residues and exfoliation. Feel a pimple coming just wet a pad, place it on the pimple and remove it when dry. Sit back and watch pimple disappear. Works on body acne too.
These pads also help reduce skin hyperpigmentation (acne scars).
Try it and see the difference.
