It does seem to be a shared trait doesn't it? Conservatism as an ideology, even though it is one with which I disagree, has some good points. Limiting government intrusion in our lives should be a constant theme for both parties for example. The problem is the obvious, odious, and very loud hypocrisy of it's advocates.

Every conservative I've met in person or online has delighted in seeing others suffer. But is it my bad luck to never meet the "good" conservatives, or are you all really like that?
