I have been having a dull pain in my left testicle...what should I do?

I have had it before but it has gone away after a day. But this time I have felt it for like two days straight. I can only feel it when I am being active but when I sit down or lay down it goes away. I haven't found any bumps but it has just been a really annoying dull pain on the left one alone. What is it or what should I do?

Just maybe ring doctor after that
or stop riding your bicycle.

you feel your neck "exploding"  and the blood will come out
from the testicles to the upper part of your body
