Can you block a number for free?

I have at & t and my i can't get my ex to stop calling me and disturbing me with threatening calls and voice mails is there any way to block her number for free ? I have iphone 5 I really need to block her this has been going on for a month now and she's getting this violent guys to threaten me I have to block her number !

If you are receiving threatening phone calls and voice mails you should contact the local police department and file a report. That way if anything does happen you will already have these threats on file.

I know you can block up to 5 numbers free on Verizon.I would think that ATT would do the same.
