Why is there a bunch of blood in my sperm?

I ejaculated my my neighbors face and she went in the bathroom and looked in the mirror and screamed omg! I'm like you okay? She said Hun you got a problem. I have blood in my sperm. I wondered because something actually hurt when I let my load out. I'm really freaking out. Is it an STD? Serious answers please!

Really,is this a genuine question or seeking attention,there was no need do graphically describe how you discovered blood in your sperm.
If you are genuine my advice would be to consult with your GP,blood should not ever be in sperm and you should et yourself checked out ASAP.
