Can leather pants be resized?

OK I don't know the actual terms for this but you should be able to understand what I mean.
I lost some weight and have actually been able to keep it off so now my motorcycle pants don't fit. Is there a way to re-tailor/alter them so they fit again? If so where would you go for this service?

Congratulations on the weight loss first of all I wouldn't see why not but they would have to cut the excess leather as it would be too bulky so they would not be able to make them larger again if they needed to be but take them to a dry cleaners and they should be able to do it for you in a week or two
