Resizing leather pants?
So I bought some leather pants from Goodwill (because Goodwill is awesome), but they're entirely too small. Yes, I knew they were too small when I bought them, but I can get them on if I try hard. Besides, where else am I going to get like-new leather pants for $8?
Anyway, they are a size 1 and I normally wear a size 4, though I could probably get into a 3 if I wanted. Can I have the waist changed to fit me better? The length is just fine.

You could have some extra material added to the waist, which might help. However, unless the legs and butt are somewhat baggy, they will remain too tight in those areas. As a general rule, leather pants that are roughly one size too small will stretch into a nice, almost tailored, fit after several days of wearing them. However, several sizes...that's asking a lot.
