Tingling and stinging in my penis?

So I am 19 and about a month and a half ago I got a little wasted at a party and had unprotected sex . I didn't think anything of it and after that night I went on with normal life. But 3 days ago I started getting weird tingling sensations in my penis and testicles especially around the head! Now 3 days later the pain is getting worse and it's beginning to become hard to sit sleep etc! The head of my Penis is stinging ! Should I be worried I mean my Penis looks no different than it ever did but I am getting scared ! What should I do? Will this go away? Also within the day I have gotten really sick I am experiencing flu like symptoms , sure throat , high fever , achey bones. Any bit of input as to what these symptoms are is appreciated ! THANK YOU

This pain in your penis is it worse when you do a
 pee ? This could be a urinary tract infection or a sexually transmitted infection. You can either go to your Dr for tests and a course of antibiotics or go to a sexual health clinic. In America there are many some free Planned Parenthood is one of many, in UK  they are called GUM clinics attached to NHS hospitals.
