Who has the birthright in case of twins.?
Back when there were lords and stuff and the first born son inherited the "Lord" title, but what if there were twins? Would the first twin born inherit it? Or would their father pick one? Or some other way?

It would be the 'first born' most often, although the Lord may change his references of a favoured son over the years
It would probably take a lawyer to answer you about how the Lord can decide who retains the title if it is a heritditory title
