Do you have any idea how to safely sleep standing up? My inoperable spinal neurofibroma renders me unable to lie or sit without my left leg behaving like it is demon possessed.

You can get a wall mountable harness or rig one up from say a parachute, but I don't know about comfort. It would probably be easier to immobilize your legs with a brace.
