She needs to take a pregnancy test and find out if she is pregnant and if she is there is the abortion pill that doctor or family planning clinic will give up to 8 weeks of pregnancy, if she is under 18 she will ned an adult with her, Good Luck

Not at this stage. The Plan B and similar pills need to be taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex. It would be best for your friend to take a test instead of worrying about a pregnancy that might not be.
