I am currently taking classes at a community college for an Associate's degree in accounting, and I am planning to transfer to a university after that. I think that plan is going down to a trashcan because I feel like my grades are not good enough. This is my 2nd semester in college, but I am still doing really bad in all my classes, except for BUS 125. On my last semester, I got 3 Bs and 1 D.

First, I suggest you forget about the Associates degree in accounting and leave the accounting courses for the four-year college, except the introductory financial and managerial accounting. Community college should be for the general education requirements, and you should make sure that EVERY course you take will transfer for credit at the next school. An associates degree is meaningless once you get your bachelors degree. No one with a bachelors degree lists an associates degree in a resume.
Second, the solution to better grades is simple: More time devoted to study. At least it is simple to say so. Your GPA is important, so you should make sure you don't ruin it by low grades. Better to drop a course you can't handle and take more time to graduate then end up with failing grades. You are obviously capable of doing above average work, so just take enough time to feel comfortable with what you are learning.
