I just in processed into my new unit and already I miss everyone from my last company. I actually miss Fort Bragg. I hate the fact that I'm the new guy and I have to readjust all over again. There was a point where I knew the ins and outs of my platoon and company. I enjoyed chatting with my leadership and everything. Now I'm just the quiet guy again. I wish this feeling would go away.

When I was in the Navy I PCS'd every 2 to 3 years. Most of the Navy changes duty stations often. You get used to it and start to look forward to moving. At least I did.
You should go to MWR and see what they have going on and participate in activities and meet people off duty. Also join different groups/clubs/organizations that are open to you. It looks good to be involved...show some interest in the new things.
In time you will adjust and learn that it is just part of military life.
It s part of the deal. The worse moment I had after I got out was running in to a guy with my old unit patch and my combat patch. Deja vu all over again.
