Am I healthy weight?

Yes, i'd say 100-120 pounds is healthy for 5 foot 4. You might want to gain a bit of weight to be in the middle around 110.

It sounds perfect to me. I know that because I'm 17, 5"6 and 130lb. And I am not fat at all, im very average. I could maybe be a little skinnier. But you sound very slim. Don't get obsessed with weight though, it's just a number and doesn't actually reflect your body fat %, body shape, health, fitness or muscle mass. Better to be healthy than skinny

Recommended weight range for a 5'4" female is 116 - 135, depending on body frame size, per the source site. You are clearly a good bit underweight (which is NOT healthy).
