I put the passcode lock screen on my ps vita so my brother doesn't play with it. and he tried to access it by entering incorrect passcode 5 times then he clicked > forgot passcode > restore the PS vita syatem, so he can access it. how do i get him to stop messing around with my ps vita.

Hide it somewhere that only you know where it'll be that's the only thing that will stop him from playing it.

Take something if his and play with it he won't like it or hit him hard with a ruler when he try's to use it he will learn not to that way

Keep it out of his reach. Put it in a high place or lock it away. Get him in trouble with your parents every time he touches it. Maybe take something of his.
