R&p: Are you an Introvert or an Extrovert when it comes to playing your music around other people?
I am more extroverted, I play my music alot when im at the computer, at people walk by in this house all the time, I never get complaints except sometimes I play it a bit too loud (usually happens when im having trouble hearing from one ear), I am introvertred sometimes though, like say if I was around a girl I did not know.. I might turn it down a little just because it seems rude. I also turn it down when say my brother and his friend are talking behind me.
So say about you? If you live by yourself, would you play your music while a guest was over?
Or do you like to play your music by yourself mostly?

It really depends who I'm playing my music around.
MOST of my friends are very open-minded, how I like my friends to be so I'll play it around them.
... but some are very close-minded and they only listen to music off the radio and since all they know is the radio, I'll play my music and they'll say "You listen to such WIERD music, change it."
It kind of offends me lol.
So it just depends on who I'm around :)

I took a personality test once. Apparently I'm both. A little bit more introvert than extrovert, but barely.

Listening to music, extroverted, because I blast my music when there's no one here/quiet enough so as no one can here it when they /are/ here; but I think there's a different between being 'introverted' with music, and being a prick. I don't force my music on anyone around the house, I know myself how annoying that can be!
But when actually playing music, seriously introverted. I can't play in front of anyone without turning into a fumbling idiot, hahaha.

Well, I tend to always have headphones on as opposed to speakers, so that makes me more introverted.
As for playing music, I never have guests over! Althugh hypothetically, sure, I would play. Not too loud though (I'm not good enough to play that loud yet (: )
But I do like to share my music, and if I am with a group of friends, I'll play it loud and well just listen and chill.

I play music all the time! I can't stand to be away from it lol (i know sounds weird) If i am not listening to music i am most likely singing it or humming it! I play whatever music whenever i like. I like my music loud too so maybe i am extrovert......When i first met my husband he would let me bring cds in his truck i remember the first time i played Janis Joplin he was like WTF lol but let me play it anyways! After a while he was like i really don't like some of your music. He is not a huge of Led Zeppelin which sucks because they are my favorite. Thank goodness he does like hair bands cause i love them!
Add-My husband and i have our own house and music is always playing! I usually pick what is playing lol and yes i play it when guest are over!

I play my music fairly quietly. Loud enough to fill the room, but not so that my family in the other rooms hear. But, when no ones home I usually play my music loud so I can hear it across the whole house. I prefer to listen to my music through headphones though, so I can hear the details and listen as loudly as I want so that it doesn't bother anybody.
I play guitar extremely quietly too, when people are in the house. Even when I plug my bass in I set it soo quietly. xD

Most of the time I listen to music when I'm on my own. Also, I get kinda nervous when I'm playing guitar in front of someone so I guess I'm introverted when it comes to music.
However, when I discover new music or starting listening to a new band I like to play it to my friends to see what they think about it.

Introverted. When my mom asks what I'm listening to, I say, "music." when she asks what kind, I say, "good music." and she realizes I don't want to tell her so she stops. She tries to peak at my iPod while I'm listening but not paying attention, but I pull it away really fast.
I cought my brother in my iTunes library once. I hope he didn't recognize any of the band names.
NOBODY knows what I listen to except for random people on the internet.
The music I listen to isn't really that bad though (except my mom thinks anything heavier than the Beatles is satanic)....I don't know why I'm like this.

o my word i keep my stuff to myself for the most part. i write and sing... and eventhough i know im a great singer and those who have heard me sing agreee i am just so nervous people are going to think i suck so i really try not to sing in front of people unless im very comfertable around them.
as for my writiing.. i am even more secretive when it comes to that, its like a peice of me and if someone didnt think it was any good i would be devestated. i think alot of people who write feel this way.
however, i am sending some of my work to FAFF haha i think hes an amazing writer so hearing what he has to say about it will be nice.
as far as the music i listen to goes im not as shy. i listen to my music loud and proud.

Definitely extroverted, and my friends HATE most of my music :D
Life's too short to hide your music from everyone, because their opinion doesn't matter.
