I'm a woman. I have the biggest crush on the woman who plays the keyboard at my church ( I know it's ironic). But she's like so...perfect to me. The thing is, I've never said more than 20 words to her, ever. I'm nervous to talk to her. I can't just get over it because I see her a good bit. Any advice on how to let this one go?

first thing you need to know is if shes into women, if shes not then why waste time and emotions and in the end being disappointed. Trust me i've been there and fancied a GAY guy for months and im a woman.
Also fancied many a married man even though i know i would never pursue them.
The best thing you can do if you're serious about wanting to meet someone is find out first what their status and preference is and then flirt and see how they react.
