Does morning sunlight therapy for fixing circadian rhythm sleep disorder work through windows or do I have to be outside?
I've had problems with sleeping for years, and I usually sleep through the sunrise hours, but I'm trying to fix my sleep rhythm by making sure I get at least half an hour of early morning sunrise per day. So far, it does seem to be helping. But some days, I just don't want to be outside. Does exposure through an open patio window work as well?
