Antioxidants such as vitamins and minerals are anti-inflammatory. Oxidants like sugar, simple carbs, artificial and processed foods are inflammatory avoid. Get off sugar, soda pop, fried foods. Take 1000 ius of vita C plus a multivitamin. get omega 3 fatty acid source such as fish oil, flax, walnuts. Eat fresh raw vegs and fruits as well as they are anti-inflammatory. Think about gluten free diet or dairy free. Possibly u have a food link as well.
