Can my son still claim, on his taxes, his daughters while they are in college?
My son's twin daughters are now in college and have Work Study positions. Can my son still claim them on his taxes until they graduate?

Normally, yes.
Most students under age 24 can still be claimed by their parents/guardians.
The exception would be if they are providing over 1/2 of their own support.

Your son sounds like a greedy sponger, trying to get money off the government for his kids when they are old enough to get a part time jobs or student loans to support themselves. Or are they too precious to do that?

If they're under 25, and don't provide over half of their own support.
