Is it inappropriate to buy flowers for my manager who's leaving for a new job?

One of the managers at my job is leaving to go to a new job and I've had a thing for her for a while and we always flirt back and forth but she has a boyfriend and I don't want to come off as weird or creepy but would it be okay if I bought her flowers as a sort of a thank you for being my manager and wishing her good luck?

I'm sure some will be bitter and talk. Its not innapropriate lol. Its actually very nice of you. You having deeper feelings for her is besides the point. And nobody's business. She should be congratulated, for moving onto something different if that's what makes her happy
