Noragami Is Bishamon god of war or god of luck?

Or are translations wrong cause i keep seeing luck and war and there was the recent situation where they arrested all the gods of luck...sooo.....

By "Noragami" do you mean Yato from the anime? The word "Bishamon" is from Japanese mythology which is one of the gods of luck. However Yato himself is a god of calamity.
