this is what I ate the whole day.?

2:00pm: ate a homemade burger with Swiss cheese with little mayo and mustard. (no veggies, just a patty and cheese)

4:00pm: ran 3.03 miles and burned 407 cals.

6:00pm: peppers and turkey breast cut up with 1 tsp. of salad dressing.

9:00pm: 2 regular eggs with 1 egg yolk cooked and toast bread.

10:00pm: did a 40 minute workout, burned 534 cals.

11:30pm: 4 chicken tenders from Safeway

is this bad or good?

You need to eat more vegetables. That's also far too much meat to eat in one day. You should only be eating a portion of meat the size of your fist.
