is it ok to eat at night but not go straight to sleep?
I ate 7 chicken tenders, 4 at 11 am and 3 like 10 minutes ago. everything else was healthy instead of a hamburger homemade with cheese and mustard I ate at lunch. I exercised today and burned over 800 calories. does the calories burn in sleep or stay until I burn them in the daytime?
and I do not eat chicken tenders all the time, I eat 1 or 3 chicken tender every 2 weeks.
