If I make $1000 minimum in a month, and my bills total at up to $700 at most can I live comfortably?
OK so me and my bf are more than likely breaking up soon and I need to make sure all my bases are covered before that happens. If I am making the income stated above (insurance and taxes taken out of total already) and get paid weekly, can I live comfortably just me if my bills add up to less than $700?

Not only can't you live comfortably but you are going to struggle and you have your head in the sand. You need money for food, eating out and transportation; e.g. public transportation. Hair cuts, clothing, medical expenses, dating. Lots of unexpected expenses come up. You are paying way too much in rent given your income - a smart person pays no more than one-third their income in rent; smarter ones no more than one-fourth. I sure do hope you EXPECT to earn more than $1000 a month for the rest of your life. If not you'll need roommates. Have you got any skills that can translate into a well-paying job? If not then use some of that money you think you have to take classes to get those skills - and I bet you'll say that you can't afford to take those classes.
What all did you include in "bills?" Does that include things like going to dinner with a friend, buying new clothes, having a tooth filled, replacing the alternator in your car, flying home for a funeral, birthday and holiday gifts, replacing your mattress or computer, haircuts...?
ETA: "U really think I'm Guna struggle a lot?" Yes I do. You've only included recurring bills. You haven't even included FOOD. You need to eat and life is full of the unexpected (which you should be budgeting for).
I think it's very likely you will end up evicted for non payment of rent or sued for non-payment of credit cards.
Absolutely not. 1000$ monthly is a child living at parents house supporting them. Here living on own means you living in a minivan , under bridges or homeless shelter. U are living at Poverty level. Here you living in rooming house with shared bathroom.
