Mexico has already said no, they're not building it nor paying for it to be built, and they said that months ago.
Sanders can't get his tuition free college for everyone plan through, and he knows it and doesn't care.
It's funny that both sides unite in hating on Hillary and calling her dishonest and a liar when they are being personally lied to by politicians they claim to love because they are honest and not PC.

Mexico will have NO CHOICE. They will pay or lose billions in oil exports.As for bernie,he has only gotten 3 bills passed in 25 years so he is basically useless.

I don't know how you can (legally) force another country to give you money for your own construction projects, but government-funded tuition for higher education has at least been done before without committing some sort of illegal international extortion (SAAS in Scotland, for example).

Probably not, but Mexico will feel the weight of a Trump presidency, by his restricting cash being sent to Mexico unless they stop illegal immigration.
