My kitten has green diarrhea?

I did switch her cat food from a cheap one to 9lives, but I started to mix them before completely switching over. She does have worms, but I gave her wormer about 5 days ago and will give her the second dose in 5 more days. Could it just be the new food and the worms? She's fine otherwise, drinks and eats well, plays, purrs. She breathes quickly but I read that that's normal for kittens and her resting respiratory rate is about 40, which I also read was normal. What do you think?

As a foster mom for too many kittens, green diarrhea is a bad signal. I would suggest you take a stool sample to your vet. Usually green is an indication of Coccidia which is easily treated with medication.
I wish you luck with changing foods to a better product and the dewormer shouldn't be causing diarrhea 5 days later.
With kittens, you need to monitor them carefully as they can quickly crash.

Wait until the second dose of deworming is done. Kittens need kitten food and wet is better then dry.
