We've seen how Google has steam rolled over any one's rights not to have their houses and properties photographed. What's to stop them from flying drones a 1,000 feet up or at night when we can't see them??

The drone can only fly so far on a charge , the car would still need to be part of it but the car could park at the end of each street and fly it down the street

You act like google's cars are a bad thing. Having your phone give you turn by turn voice directions, along the quickest route, to anywhere you want to go in the country is pretty sweet.
