I highly recommend Mahou shoujo of the end, It has lots of senseless gore and deatht. May seem boring and cliche at the start but the plot develops great at around chapter 20 and is one of my favorite horror genre manga
These mangas are also very good
Green Worldz - Plant and insect monsters have taken over the world, lots of action
Dolly kill kill - world is overrun by giant dolls, quite interesting at the start but recent chapters are very short
Gokukoku no Brynhildr - lots of dark themes and death, decent plot throughout.
Tenkuu Shinpan - a high-school girl wakes up and finds herself in another world where a masked man is trying to kill her
Übel Blatt - lots of killing, has a good revenge theme and contains some nudity
