Generally, I meditate at the top of my appartment,
However, some energy around me is aking me to do it in my room...

When I meditate, I don't notice vibrations, because I'm not thinking about anything.

If "energies" are telling you what room to "meditate" in, something has gone awry about whatever you are doing and calling meditation.
