do I have athletes foot or something else going on?

Not sure what is going on. Had athletes foot before an this seems different.There is no itching or burning. Maybe a circulation problem? I have numbness in foot Been diagnosed with neuropothy.

Lack of blood flow is causing nerve damage. Keep them warm and massage them to increase blood flow.
