Reasons for not being invited to staff appreciation party.?
An invitation for staff appreciation party went out by email. I did not receive the invitation. I am NOT a temp worker or part time worker.
I have worked in the company for 30 years. Has this ever happened to you. Why do people do this?
What should I do?

How do you know it wasn't a mistake? That happens at my job from time to time. Also, sometimes things are sent to you, but they get lost in a barrage of daily emails. Unless you have evidence that the organizer doesn't like you, you're creating unnecessary drama.
Ask why you are not invited to whoever sent the mail. When you have your answer decide then if you want to press ahead with harassment or bullying complaints.
